In all cases, we will take a brief from our client and prepare initial concept designs worked through to full 'design and build' or traditional specification packages. We will also obtain planning approvals and building regulation consents, issue and review tenders, agree warranties and undertake full contract administration through to the end of the Rectification Period including full in-house quantity surveying services.
Refurbishment
You may have an existing office floor and the tenant has vacated after 20 years leaving a dated and tired space needing complete refurbishment to relet or limited repairs to facilitate another tenant acquiring the space. Alternatively, the common areas may need upgrading or the building you have recently acquired requires general modernisation. We can provide project management services to suit your requirements.
Fitting-out
As a tenant, if you require specific fitting-out of the rented property, our team will agree a licence to alter with the landlord, discuss your specific requirements and project manage the works to an agreed timetable. You can also rely on us to arrange space planning, migration management and 3D modelling.

If your building is too small but the costs of moving the business are far greater than staying, or if you require more space for an anticipated expansion, we will project manage and build a professional team of mechanical and electrical consultants, architects and geo-environmental consultants to facilitate the desired result.
